The B I C A program features control procedures for all aspects of image reproduction, from camera setup and testing to final prints that include certificates stating accuracy of reproduction.

Imaging accuracy is increasingly important in Law Enforcement

As a result of poor image quality, too many cases are open to reasonable doubt. This is detrimental to the interests of justice and security; it can also be embarrassing and is often unnecessary.

System Integrity is vital and can lead to more convictions -

To maintain system integrity, DSC Forensic test tools are only available to B I C A members and not available for individual purchase.  B I C A Members tools are replaced annually under a simple licensing agreement, with the outdated products being returned for analysis and recycling.
